White Oak Landing Mitigation Bank is an approved compensatory wetland and stream mitigation bank located in Buckingham County, Virginia. The project includes wetland creation, restoration, enhancement and preservation in a floodplain, agricultural field adjacent to the James River. Other components of the project include stream restoration, enhancement and preservation. Wetland and stream credits are currently available with competitive pricing.
